From 2003 to 2009, we have 6 years' experience in manufacturing rotor shaft of wind power generator; we have manufactured over 2,000 sets of rotor shaft. In the past 6 years, we have done business with many oversea and local customers, such as: GE in the US, Nordex in Germany, Suzlon in India, Gold Wind, Unite Power, Mingyang Electric and Eastern Electric in China.
Our main equipments are as following: horizontal lathes (23 sets, swing diameter: 1.6m~2.5m, length: 5m~10m, 2 of them are numerical controlled), drilling machines (8 sets), Deep-hole boring machine (1 set, swing diameter: 1.6m, length: 4m), grinding machine (1 set, swing diameter: 1.8m, length: 4m), and other related machines.
The models of rotor shaft we made are 600kw, 750kw, 1.25MW, 1.5MW, 2.1MW, and 3MW. Our production capacity of rotor shaft of wind power generator is 1,000 sets per year.
